The team is hoping that both Oliveira and Petrux will be back for Round Seven at Misano, but clearly the season has been a disappointment for the team that won the title last year with Toprak. Alvaro Bautista’ s accident at Autodrom Most had most observers expecting him to be a no-show at Aragón given that it was less than two weeks since he’ d undergone surgery on his broken foot. But racers, even small ones, are made of harder material than mere mortals and Bautista was back on the bike at Aragón and ready to race, although sporting a significant limp which bore witness to his condition. He rated his own fitness at 60 % at best. Jake Dixon was back for Honda having been absent since sustaining wrist injuries during pre-season testing at Phillip Island back in February, his targets for the weekend were modest.
