RILEY SOUTAR JOINS TRIUMPH NZ’ S TEAM

One of the great things about Triumph getting into off road racing and doing it so well is the support for Triumph racers here in New Zealand, not just on the world stage. Riley joins a talented group of riders here on the latest Triumph machinery under the stewardship of Triumph New Zealand’ s Ray Heron. Look out for Riley on his distinctive black and white Triumph TF 250-X.

PLESSINGER DEPARTS RED BULL KTM – HEADS TO TRIUMPH FACTORY RACING

Aaron Plessinger’ s trademark long hair will be flowing out behind a Triumph TF 450- X in the AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross Championships for the 2027 season. It was also nice to see the plaudits from his Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team as he departs on good terms after five great seasons within the orange fold. Plessinger has been watching the new brand storm the sport and is excited to join in and forge some great results with the brand. While he has had a successful time on the KTM, there’ s something about a fresh season with new challenges, so the Stetson-wearing, long haired cowboy will bring his legion of fans with him as he adds to the level of experience within the ranks of the British brand, which shows no signs of stepping off the gas in its pursuit of a 450 crown to sit on the mantlepiece alongside the 2026 FIM MX2 World Championship trophy.
