To say Daniel Sanders has had the season of his life is an understatement. With wins in the Dakar, Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, South African Safari Rally and the Rally Raid Portgual, the Aussie almost took a clean sweep of the entire World Rally Raid Championship. A second place at the Rallye du Maroc was the‘ lowlight’ of his almost perfect season. Sanders secured the 2025 FIM World Rally- Raid Championship for him and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team with the win at Rally Raid Portugal. Continuing his unbeaten record this season,‘ Chucky’ topped the timesheets in the prologue and three of the five stages to take the race win and the championship crown in style. In claiming victory at Rally Raid Portugal, Sanders secured the 2025 FIM World Rally-Raid Championship title with one round to spare. His triumph at round four is the latest in a flawless string of results.
