SCOTTOILER GREEN OIL

SCOTTOILER E-SYSTEM REVIEW HERE new , vegetable oil-based , biodegradable and has the widest temperature range equalling the blue and red in their ranges - 0-40 ° C . I bought a bottle at my local dealer and wanted to share my findings . I ’ ve used the blue oil that came with the kit extensively . I had around 15,000km out of the blue oil that came with the Scottoiler before a rock damaged the chain forcing a replacement . I ’ ve done 12,000km since , using the green oil on the new chain and sprockets and there ’ s no visible wear to them yet . I ’ d say I ’ ve used around three-quarters of the 250ml bottle , so
I ’ m expecting over well over 16,000km from the green , a decent amount more than the blue [ Doug is getting the high end of mileage out of his oil , so , literally , your mileage may vary ... Ed ].
