INDIAN RELEASES SPECIAL EDITION SCOUT
A
s the United States of America’s first
motorcycle company, and despite its
rather shaky history since its foundation
in 1901, Indian Motorcycle has plenty to
celebrate as it moves into the 2020 model year.
In particular, one model has Indian celebrating
at the moment with 2020 being the 100th
anniversary of the Indian Scout which entered
production as a 2020 model year bike.
“The Indian Scout has stood the test of
time as one of the most influential, iconic
and recognisable motorcycles in the world,”
says Reid Wilson, Vice President for Indian
Motorcycle. “100 years is an incredibly special
milestone, and it made perfect sense to honour
Scout’s history and legacy with these two
heritage-inspired 2020 models.”
To celebrate the 100 year anniversary of
the model, Indian is producing a limited run
of 750 Scout 100th Anniversary models for
general release based on the current Scout
