INDIAN RELEASES SPECIAL EDITION SCOUT A s the United States of America’s first motorcycle company, and despite its rather shaky history since its foundation in 1901, Indian Motorcycle has plenty to celebrate as it moves into the 2020 model year. In particular, one model has Indian celebrating at the moment with 2020 being the 100th anniversary of the Indian Scout which entered production as a 2020 model year bike. “The Indian Scout has stood the test of time as one of the most influential, iconic and recognisable motorcycles in the world,” says Reid Wilson, Vice President for Indian Motorcycle. “100 years is an incredibly special milestone, and it made perfect sense to honour Scout’s history and legacy with these two heritage-inspired 2020 models.” To celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the model, Indian is producing a limited run of 750 Scout 100th Anniversary models for general release based on the current Scout reintroduced to the market The special anniversary edition takes styling further styling cues from the original Scout, highlighted in its Indian Motorcycle Red with KIWI RIDER 95
