PRODUCT REVIEW
The jacket has the removable inner as I said above , the trousers however are a shell , so you need to wear thermals or fleece pants underneath in cold / winter weather . I ’ ve worn this suit on wet adventure rides , hot adventure rides , road touring and city commuting . This is a suit that can do it all . Ok , so it ’ s not an actual adventure suit , it ’ s a bit light on venting and pockets for that , but it ’ ll do the job . Black ’ s not the best colour for adventure / gravel riding as it shows the dirt very quickly . I would say that It ’ s a bit warm for hot weather adventure rides , especially if you wear a backpack as the rear vent can ’ t ... umm ... vent . And that ’ s probably my only gripe
with the suit , the venting . I tend to wear a backpack when I ’ m riding , but the arm straps and pack sit exactly where the intake and exhaust vents are placed . That ’ s not an issue in colder weather , but in the middle of summer I now tend to rock a tail pack or tank bag so my vents aren ’ t blocked . Triumph tells me the target demographic for this suit aren ’ t backpack wearers , which is fair enough . I ’ d say this is the best built suit I ’ ve ever worn , and that ’ s not something I say lightly . It ’ s proved itself to be completely waterproof - something not many suits actually achieve , versatile off the bike with the classy inner jacket and beautifully built .
