phone loss). Your phone snaps into the mount via magnets, which is super easy as there’ s no lining things up to make it pop on. There’ s a lock to stop it popping off the mount, and the ball-bearing mount lets you rotate the phone angle through 360-degrees, which I particularly like. I’ ve had one big ride with it so far, up to the Cold Kiwi Rally and back on my old BMW R80GS at the start of September. It worked flawlessly for the mix of tar seal and gravel roads I took( including the Turakina Valley Road, which can get pretty corrugated and bumpy). I rode the hillclimb race, which is pretty bumpy at speed, and it stayed as it should. I’ ll get some more kilometres under its magnets including some trail riding on the dirt bike to give it more of a serious workout, but it’ s looking great so far.
