Kay De Wolf scored his first home GP win in the unrelenting and ever changing sand in Arnhem. Totally stoked, as he ought to be, with his 1-1 result, it sees the Nestaan Husqvarna Team rider close to fifteen points from Simon Langenfelder( KTM). With only four rounds remaining, every last point is going to be hardfought and with a maximum of 200 points to possibly get in a perfect world, fifteen points is next to nothing. Things are going to get tense as the opportunities wind down. De Wolf is brimming with confidence and he remained calm and calculated in both races. The sand made for new lines, new braking points and constant evaluation. Once he hit the front though, he built enough of a gap to select from the lines and put some super-tidy laps in. Dominance in the sand but looking forward to the next round, the title is wide open.
