COMMENT: We’ re pretty sure Pedro Acosta will be glad to see the back of the crash-hit Catalunya MotoGP. He took pole position and had the pace to win. Leading the main race, his KTM died coming onto the main straight, Alex Marquez couldn’ t avoid Acosta, clipping the back of his bike, sending Marquez to hospital and his bike into its component parts. After the restart, an unusually aggressive Ai Ogura pushed him out of third place and tumbling into the gravel trap at the final turn.
