The 2025 model carries a full update under the plastics, including a new aluminium twinspar frame and completely reworked Showa suspension. The new CRF also wears updated CRF family graphics and a Honda Wing logo on the front mudguard nice touch. We kicked off the testing with a day at Woodhill Forest. I got to put the bike through its paces on both the moto track and on some of the tighter singletrack. The following weekend, I took it out to a track near Karapiro for another good run.
ERGO’ S Being on the taller side, I’ m usually swapping bars or lowering pegs to feel at home, but I was pretty happy with the stock setup on the CRF. It comes standard with Renthal Fatbars( 839 bend), and the top triple clamp gives you four different handlebar positions— which is ideal for dialling in your fit. The layout is super rider-friendly. Footpeg height was spot on for me, the seat is nice and flat, and the cockpit just feels refined
