NZTA is consulting on proposed changes to ABS regulations for road legal offroad motorcycles.
Proposal 11:
• To remove the requirement for enduro / or trial motorcycles to have an anti-lock braking system or combined braking systems unless they are being used for sanctioned competition; and
• To remove the definition of sanctioned competition.
