CRAIG ’ S BUILD SPEC

Suspension The WP Xplor Forks were completely replaced with WP twin chamber units . These are , in my option , still the best mass-produced forks WP has ever made . They were re-valved by Watson Racing with custom pistons , a re-shim and 4.8N springs . The rear shock I did myself with a K-Tech bladder conversion and re-oil / gas and ‘ fat boy ’ spring .
Cooling A KTM power parts digital fan , oversize impeller and water pump housing were fitted to help keep the bike cool and aid recovery time when I ’ m crying in a ditch . A Twin-Air Ice Flow radiator cap was fitted to raise the boiling point to help keep the fluid inside .
Engine The top end was completely rebuilt ( high compression head ) and the stock carb was replaced with a Lectron Billitron jet-less carb . Once you go jet-less you never want to go back ; there ’ s more bottom end , more over rev and it ’ s all linear - with no overlapping of fuel circuits smooth power is the result . The stock reeds and cage were removed and replaced with V-Force 4R . Oh , and a KTM Map Switch .
Chassis The drivetrain is Renthal , as are the brake
