The KX450 now has an‘ F’ moniker, due to the launch of the very cool KX327 twostroke( as does the KX450 FX cross country steed) and the big kid of the clan gets revised exhaust as well as intake, giving a slightly more aggressive feel when getting on the gas at low revs and improving mid and high-end power delivery and feel. Also onboard is a tweaked chassis and an updated swingarm, all adding to a sharper feeling from the‘ bars. The 250 also gets a boost to its power and sharper throttle response as well as a refined clutch and new suspension settings. The full suite of smaller capacity models are also included in the new lineup but Maaaate, that new Kawasaki KX327 … Take a bow, Team Green!

TOWNLEY PODIUMS IN LATVIA

MJC Yamaha’ s Levi Townley secured second place in the second EMX125 race at the latest round in Latvia. In the first outing, he just missed the podium with a solid fourth place. The conditions were trying in the sandy Latvian area of Kegums but the talented Kiwi was fast to adapt and stake his place with third in qualifying. Impressing all the right people with his speed and next-level work ethic, Levi Townley is heading in a great direction as his career builds momentum, helped by a great team. For Kiwi fans, the future is looking bright with the talent that is offshore and representing New Zealand and doing it well.
