1 Remove wheel from bike . 2 Remove the valve core and undo the rimlock . Next break the bead on both sides of the tyre by pushing down firmly with your heel all around the rim ( or another bike ’ s sidestand if that ’ s available ).

3 Lay the wheel sprocket side down . Starting at the valve insert two tyre levers and then pull the levers over one at a time to lift the bead off the rim . Work around the rim until that whole side is off .
