X , and it feels just like that too . As both bikes share almost every part , it ’ s the power delivery that changes the way this bike handles on the track . 200 more cubic centimetres is nearly twice as ‘ fast ’, and I felt all that , and then some , while circulating out on the tacky , grippy clay track . From top to bottom , the RC bend ODI handlebars , you would imagine might not be ideal for my 6 ’ 2 ” ( 188cm ) chassis , considering RC is a much smaller guy . I have not had much experience with the ODI brand , but I can say that the bar comes with enough height , and I believe is 802mm in length – so ever so slightly on the narrower side of bar measurements . Combined with a seat that is super flat and very grippy , the whole package gives a neutral feeling and felt comfortable quickly on , once I switched the handle bar clamps to the forward position . The bike feels light and agile , even with the easy roll-on power . This is an engine that anyone could jump on and not feel too intimidated by . But its deceptively quick because of that . The
engine isn ’ t going to rip your arms off , but it is damn powerful – 61.5 horsepower ’ s worth . It has a super smooth delivery in the bottom half of the range , though when transitioning through the meat of the power into top-end territory , the engine really gets going and the revs increase quickly . Corners come up very quickly and the quiet muffler also plays a factor here - just be aware . Second and third were my go-to gears and very usable with plenty of pull from idle and each gear went a long way too . There ’ s a lot of connection to the ground and front-end grip is high , with rear end grip really pushing the bike forward . The track was super grippy so , again , factors were helping a lot here too . Shifting is easy and simple . I used the quickshifter for most of my time of the bike . The slightest bit of pressure up and you can bang it through 2nd , 3rd and 4th gears without grabbing the clutch . Not that it was an issue clutching it , because the lever pull is super light and really comfortable – classic Brembo for you . If you need a bike with an easy , light clutch
