TADDY DEPARTS GASGAS

After 16 years riding under the Pierer Mobility banner with KTM and GasGas , Polish enduro ace Taddy Blazusiak is moving on to new challenges . After riding with KTM for 11 seasons , Blazusiak switched to GasGas midway through the 2020 season , where he played a huge role in helping reshape the brand and spearheading its factory enduro efforts . His top-six hard enduro finishes in the 2021 season and the spirited battle for the 2022 SuperEnduro championship , including several podium finishes , were just a few highlights of his impressive time racing for GASGAS . Despite challenges , including an injury-hit 2023 SuperEnduro season , Taddy ’ s drive and commitment never wavered as he battled through to clinch third overall in the final championship standings that year . The now 40-year-old is reportedly set to switch things up significantly , with Enduro21 reporting that the Polish rider is set to go fully electric and race the Stark Varg in the 2024 SuperEnduro World Championship . We ’ re yet to receive official confirmation of the move , but if it pans out , Taddy Blasusiak could yet work more magic and bring another brand to the forefront of the sport .
