NEW KTM 50 SX FACTORY EDITION
It seems like only last week we saw the 2022 KTM 50SX Factory grace the pages of KR , yet here we are again with the 2023 version ready to give our youngest racers a taste of factory goodness . First introduced at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at the Loretta
Lynn ’ s Ranch , and expected to arrived in New Zealand dealerships in October , the KTM 50SX Factory Edition comes equipped with a long list of premium components to give young racers the perfect first taste of factory performance . KTM says its goal for the 50SX Factory Edition was to fully spec ’ out the perfect mini machine for future champions , which led to a carefully selected parts list that includes a full FMF exhaust system , CNC-machined aluminium clutch and ignition covers , racederived gearing , jetting , and clutch configurations . Also included are premium Dunlop Geomax MX53 tyres , and a special gripper seat to keep racers planted under power . Naturally , all those extras add up and the 50SX Factory Edition will set you back a bit of extra dosh compared to the base bike . NZ pricing for the 50SX Factory Edition is set at $ 7559 as opposed to the base 50SX ’ s $ 6599 .
