HARLEY-DAVIDSON REVIVES NIGHTSTER WITH NEW 975cc V-TWIN

We knew as soon as we saw it that the new 2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster S was going to spawn other variants , and Harley hasn ’ t waited long before dropping the second bike in the all-new Sportster lineup , the 2022 Nightster . Apart from the obvious styling differences with the Sportster S , the Nightster is the first bike to run a smaller capacity 975cc version of the Revolution Max T engine . Previously we ’ ve seen the Revolution Max in 1250 guise in both the Pan America and the Sportster S , but the Nightster opens the door for more potential sub-1000cc models . This hopefully means there is a possibility that we might see the Bronx actually released if the Nightster does well . Just like the bigger versions of the Revolution Max , the small capacity version runs the same high-tech design including variable valve timing and hydraulic self-adjusting lifters .
