about that for a second. A genuine, brilliantly
built and engineered, well-performing, thrilling
little bike that will do everything you ever ask
of it, and come back for more, for $7995.
That’s ridiculous. I believe that within weeks you
will not be able to get one. So, more regret.
When I bought the Korando, I did so because
it was affordable, I liked the look of it, it did
everything I needed it to do and more, and a friend
liked it too. So, even in the throes of automotive
xenophobia, I bought an ‘Asian’ 4WD. It has turned
out to be the best, most reliable and trustworthy,
and cheapest running four-wheeled conveyance
ever. BMW will be at pains to make sure that every
single bike turned out by that factory exceeds
expectations. Look, I know I haven’t told you
about the brakes, the fuel system, the dash layout,
or any of the tech specs you might expect in
reasonable review. Sorry. Go look for yourself.
Don’t regret that you didn’t.
