and damping. Twin Brembo-alike Aprilia 320mm
discs provide ample stop, but these are not quite
as meaningful as actual Brembos, but still work
fine. A typical moto front guard is high above the
wheel and slopes back towards the sculpted light
and front cowl heading over the TFT display. These
displays are light sensitive and change between
day and night modes automatically. All the data is

controlled from the left hand bar and displays all
the usual data and ride assists. Well, all except the
ride modes – Rain, with a 30% reduction in power,
Tour and Sport – which are on the right hand grip
which counter-intuitively operates by pressing
the starter button while the engine is running.
Aprilia’s stats dictate 95hp to the rear wheel, and
those horses feel good coming from the twin.
There’s no vibration or nastiness, just a solid throaty
