adding even more length. Part of this trail took
us down a new pine ridge into a small gully and
back up again on a track that had a heap of
little drain jumps. On the last lap I misjudged
this downhill section on the ridge and lost the
front wheel in a wash out ending up upside-
down and eating dirt. Nothing like adding a
few more bruises to the collection… right?
In the end I finished the four-hour third in

the OA Bronze class and first in the Bronze
Ladies Class, Lucia Oles took second and
George Swift. Kiwi International Rachel
Archer won the Bronze Open class and
took second in the overall Bronze.
