RR300 Racing . The slimmer shroud design makes the bike much easier to move around on and has eliminated the issue I had of my legs getting caught when up leaning for a rut . This is a big improvement and it seems like Beta really took on some customer feedback with this . If you ’ ve ever ridden a Beta , you ’ ll know they carry their DNA footprint from Beta ’ s trials bikes . Not only is the seat firm but the chassis naturally encourages you to stand up most of the time with the 300 getting more frame rigidity and the KYB suspension platform front and rear . I feel the Beta 300 Racing is more equipped to go straight into racing than it was previously . The KYB suspension is an aggressive set up that feels more comfortable the harder and faster the bike is pushed . I only made a couple of clicks of adjustment to the compression damping while riding some fast-paced track , with a lot of acceleration and braking bumps , as the front felt it was a bit unsettled . After that I didn ’ t need to touch any of the clickers and the bike felt great in both the fast and tight sections of the test track .
