TRIUMPH RACING COMPLETES MAIDEN AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CAMPAIGN
Triumph Racing has completed their first
AMA Pro Motocross Championship season – a significant milestone in their bid to reach the pinnacle of off-road . The final round of the 2024 series took place at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville , near Indianapolis , where the TF 250-X duo faced a busy weekend .
“ Our first season in AMA Pro Motocross is complete and what a milestone !”, says Triumph Racing USA Team Principal , Bobby Hewitt . “ Today featured a handful of highs that we are excited to build on when gates drop at the first SuperMotocross World Championship playoff in two weeks . I ’ m so proud of the effort that our team has put in this season .” Jalek Swoll had a challenging start in the first moto but persevered to close in on the top 10 . As always , the ‘ 33 ’ left it all on the track to reach the finish in 12th . In the second moto , despite another poor start , Swoll delivered an impressive performance , charging from outside the points to finish 10th , securing the same spot in the overall classification . He concluded the season seventh in the 250MX championship standings and currently sits eighth in the SuperMotocross World Championship seed , with the playoffs just two weeks away . Ironman was eventful for Joey Savatgy , who was ruled out of moto one due to an issue on lap one . However , he bounced back to conclude his AMA Pro Motocross campaign with a solid ninth-place finish in the second moto , just ahead of his teammate , securing 15th in the overall classification . Savatgy ended the season ranked 12th in the 250MX championship standings and is seeded 17th for the
