GASGAS CONFIRMS MOTOGP LINEUP
Current ‘ standout ’ from the 2022 Moto2™ class , Augusto Fernandez , will take the plunge into the big-time for 2023 when he will partner fellow Spaniard Pol Espargaro in the brand new GASGAS Factory Racing Team in MotoGP . Fernandez , soon-to-be 25 from Mallorca , has been one of the most prolific racers in the Moto2 class so far in 2022 . Riding for the decorated Red Bull KTM Ajo team , going by his hot performance , he could give the squad their second Moto2 title in a row before moving up to the big leagues . “ I have been following Augusto for a few seasons now and we already discussed moving up to the higher class two years ago but he was not ready yet for the big jump ”, says Hervé
