Two years after its introduction , Husqvarna has announced updates to the Norden 901 for 2024 , with the bike gaining even more electronic features to help riders explore , along with some distinctive new graphics to further set the bike apart from the ADV crowd . For 2024 , the Norden 901 retains the same proven , LC8c 889cc parallel twin engine and WP APEX suspension , but now the bike meets Euro5 + emissions standards thanks to a new exhaust system . It also offers more features through refinements Husqvarna has made to the already appealing Norden recipe . The lean-angle sensitive Cornering Motorcycle Traction Control ( MTC ) now offers ten different levels of rear wheel slip , which can be selected when the optional Explorer Mode is engaged . Rounding out the new features found on the Norden 901 2024 are a new USB port on the dash and Hazard Warning lights which can be quickly switched on in the event of an emergency . The 2024 Norden 901 is expected to arrive in New Zealand Husqvarna dealerships from February 2024 .
