However, fly-by-wire makes possible ā€“ via clever computers ā€“ things like power modes, TC and cruise control, but also far more importantly on a road bike, quality ABS braking control. So, while looking somewhat like it always has, this new Tiger Sport is a thoroughly up-to-date bike. Most riders seem to rave about the Tigers 1050cc ļ†– triple engine, which in fairness is justified. But Iā€™m personally more impressed with the chassis. It has a rare blend of rock solid stability at all times and yet is light, flickable and as agile as a church mouse given its relative size - truly a wonderful combination. Excellent suspension plays its part in this equation too, along with the great Pirelli Angel tyres.
