WHAT ’ S IN MY COLLECTION ...? First the Sport Desmo 500cc vertical twin , followed by a 600 Pantah , and then a 750 F1 , followed by a Laguna Seca . In comparison it would be a modest collection I know , but they would look nice in the lounge , one on either side of the television , one in the kitchen area ,
and another in the bedroom . In reality , of course , that will never happen . Not because my wife would object , but because I no longer have the bikes . But I often think about them .
500 DESMO I began with the modest , but very pretty Ducati 500 Desmo vertical twin . It was not one of my favourite bikes , but for looks it was way up there . The model was apparently styled by Leo Tartarini , who also later styled the Darmah . The production version
