All five models (TC125, TC250, FC250, FC350, FC450) benefit from development in the
power department too, with the FC450 getting a new, more compact SOHC cylinder
head that reduces the engine’s total weight by a whooping 500g. The exhaust systems
on all two-stroke and four-stroke models have received major changes for 2019 too;
there are new mufflers, the TC250 gets a new expansion pipe, and the four-strokes all
get new resonance chambers.
You can also expect ProTaper handlebars and new spoke nipples on the D.I.D wheels.
The FC four-stroke machines also have new compact Li-ion 2.0 Ah batteries with
improved output consistency. Fresh new bodywork is said to offer better ergonomics
for improved comfort and control.
