Kiwi Suspension Solutions (KSS) was formed when Robert Taylor, long time Ohlins suspension guru joined forces with Shayne King the 1996 500cc World Motocross Champion and owner of Crown Kiwi Enterprises, one of New Zealand's leading accessory distributors with products such as Alpinestars, One Industries, and Pro Circuit to name just a few.

KSS's mission is to provide superb suspension for all bikes, all skill levels and all budgets, thereby improving rider safety and creating greater enjoyment of your riding time.

KSS have invested heavily in a state of the art building with every conceivable tool used in suspension work, ranging from a high tech Roehrig suspension dyno so that we can test all shocks and forks from any motorcycle and most car shocks for the best possible results and performance, to our Ohlins oil filling vacuum pump ensuring all shocks, fork cartridges and steering dampers are filled and bled correctly.

KSS have two Ohlins / Race Tech factory trained staff on hand to help you get the best ride, comfort and performance possible, whatever your ride.

KSS have over 20 National road race titles to their name and are building on these every season while supporting local factory teams such as Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and BMW.

Off road racing is another very important part of KSS and working with leading riders to help develop settings for all makes and models is our goal on a daily basis.

KSS offer three levels of suspension service:

  • Level 1
    Service / re-spring / re-valve your stock suspension.

  • Level 2
Upgrade your stock suspension, using high quality Race Tech components.

  • Level 3
    Supply and fit Ohlins suspension

KSS is the sole distributor of Ohlins and Race Tech in New Zealand and we stock a large range of shocks, fork cartridges, steering dampers, springs and suspension components.

So don't settle for an average ride - get your suspension set up correctly!

Road bike riders and in particular racers or regular track day attendees will gain improved tyre life from properly set up suspension not to mention an improvement in braking and overall control.

Dirt riders will see improved traction and control and a reduction in the effort required to ride your favourite track or trail ride which will reward you with more fun times on your bike.
